Shri Kulkarni submits that order of injunction is operating against him. The matter is pending for almost ten years. He submits that since the matter is pretty old, writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Wakf Tribunal to decide the matter pending before it within a specified period. Shri Sonpavale has no objection for the same.

Learned counsel Shri Kulkarni states that in the matter before the
( 2 ) 935 wp 6090.12 Wakf Tribunal evidence is over and it is posted for arguments. Learned Wakf Tribunal is therefore directed to dispose of the Wakf Suit No.74/2010 within a period of two months. Parties shall co-operate the Tribunal in the disposal of the aforesaid suit. In view of these directions, writ petition stands disposed of. [M.G. SEWLIKAR, J.] mub
