DATED : 19th JULY, 2022 PER COURT :- This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0067/2022, registered with Shani Shingnapur Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicants and having gone through the papers of investigation so far made, the child of the deceased and the applicant No.1 states against her own father. Investigation is not yet complete.

The application of applicant No.1 stands disposed of as withdrawn.

There are, however, no allegations against the applicant No.2. She is a woman. In view of the same, the Court is inclined to grant the applicant No.2, bail. Hence, following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application of applicant No.2 is allowed. (ii)The applicant No.2 (Jijabai Asaram Bhakad) be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0067/2022, registered with Shani Shingnapur Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on her executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount. (iii)The applicant Jijabai shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
