We have read the order dated April 21, 2015, the application given by the petitioner on 12.05.2015 and the order passed pursuant thereto. In fact, the petitioner ought not have misrepresented the authorities about the fact that, by cancelling absorption, his application for general transfer should be considered.

This Court nowhere passed such an order. It has only directed the authorities to consider the request of the petitioner at the time of general transfer. The authority has passed the

2 cp 350.15 order against one Jagdale and has punished him. However, has not passed any order with regard to request of the petitioner for general transfer. The authorities shall pass the order regarding the request of the petitioner for transfer on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously. The contempt petition stands disposed of. No costs.
