Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 32 days in tendering the leave application. He submits that the applicant is Co-operative Society and it took some time to get sanction from the Managing Committee.

Perused the Criminal Application No. 1465 of 2013 and the present application for condonation of delay. Considered the reasons given.
