Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for applicant that after the order was passed by this Court on 31/01/2017, under communication dated 24/10/2017 the Executive Engineer, Osmanabad submitted a proposal for acquisition of the land required for completion of balance work of Ashti Chobha Nimgaon Project from Km. 11 to 13. The proposal was subsequently forwarded to Dy. Superintendent of Land Records, Ashti. The work was commenced on 21/11/2017 and it was completed on 08/12/2017. The report of the joint measurement was received by the Executive Engineer, Osmanabad on 27/06/2018. Thereafter public proclamation was

2 907 CA 8593.2018 in WP 6282.2010 made. The proposal was also submitted for fixing price of the land. However, till date the Assistant Director of Town Planning did not fix the price. In view of that, explanation was sought. 3.

Considering the reasons given in the application, time is extended by 12 months from today for completing the remaining balance work of 3 Kms. portion of left bank canal from Km. 11 to 13 of canal of Ashti Chobha Nimgaon Project.
