By this application, the applicant seeks out of turn early hearing of the Writ Petition.

Old matters ranging from the year 1994 onwards are pending before this Court, which are being heard on every Thursday. Precedence cannot be granted to this petition over old matters. However, since the applicant is 73 years' old today, while rejecting this application, liberty is granted to move the petition after four months.

The Civil Application is, therefore rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his request after four months.
