Heard learned Advocate appearing for applicant. 2.

Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 355 days caused in filing appeal against award passed by reference Court under provisions of Land Acquisition Act.

Perused reasons as stated in application, delay appears to have caused on account of economic duress. Delay is not deliberate and is unintentional. Further applicant is litigating for getting just compensation towards his acquired land.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out, hence application is allowed and disposed off.

Delay of 355 days caused in filing appeal is condoned. 6.

Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that Court fees is already deposited with registry of this Court, therefore, Civil Application be treated as not pressed.
