The learned counsel submits that the petitioner's appointment as a Shikshan Sevak has been approved. Thereafter Management has submitted proposal for continuation of approval. The same is not yet decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent No.1. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the continuation of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher (Page No.21) is pending with Respondent No.2 then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today. The present order be communicated
