The present civil application is filed seeking leave to amend the memo of writ petition. The writ petition is pending admission.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. The learned counsel for applicants submits that, subsequent events after filing of the writ petition are sought to be brought on record by way of amendment.

Even otherwise, the non applicants will have opportunity to assail the averments introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit.
