Heard Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application for succession under the provision of Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act. It appears that there is a delay of almost 50 years. Rule 12 of the Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Rules would apply. The grievance of the petitioner is that no date has been given.

The Deputy Collector, Atiyat shall consider the application in tune with Rule 12 of the Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Rules and take further steps in the matter. The petitioner is
