The petitioner approached this Court impugning the order dated 19.06.2024 passed by respondent No.2 - Collector, Nandurbar. The learned AGP has placed on record the revised order dated 24.06.2024 passed by the learned Collector in supersession of the order which is impugned in this petition. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent order the grievance of the petitioner is defaced.
