O R D E R

1] The learned AGP for the appellant, on instructions from the Land Acquisition Officer Mr. Ganesh Nirhali, who is present in person submits that the Award is in conformity with the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 and therefore, they are withdrawing the First Appeals.

2] The learned advocate for the respondents-claimants submits that the respondents do not have any objection for withdrawal of

-2the appeals.

3] The Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

4] The Court fee be refunded as per rules.

5] If the amounts are deposited in this Court the respondents/claimants are entitled to receive it together with interest accrued thereon.

6] In view of disposal of Appeals, Civil Application/s pending if any, is/are disposed of.
