Learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr Patil submits that the impugned order of transfer dated 26.5.2017 is issued without intimating the petitioner that his services are transferred to Adiwasi Bit, Panchayat Samiti, Chopda. The wife of the present petitioner is in service at Khedi in private educational institution. The request of the petitioner for couple convenience is not considered. 2.

Mr Sonawane, learned Counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that the transfer of the petitioner was not brought to the notice of the concerned authority for which necessary departmental proceedings are being initiated. The request of the petitioner as per his application would be considered during forthcoming general transfers.
