The only request put forth by the Petitioner is that, he should be issued a Tribe certificate in Format 'C'. He has the original 'Koli Mahadev' certificate with the wrong nomenclature as 'Mahadev Koli' instead of 'Koli Mahadev'. He has also tendered an online application on 05/04/2024, to Respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed. The original certificate is with him and he agrees to tender it to Respondent No.2, within a period of 7 days.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, a Format 'C' certificate will be issued after the Petitioner submits the original tribe certificate, within such time as this Court may direct. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner shall tender his original tribe certificate to Respondent No.2, on or before 09/07/2024. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would proceed to issue the Scheduled Tribe certificate in Format 'C', on or before 20/07/2024. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
