ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner has challenged the order passed below Exhibit No. 15 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 333 of 2016 by the learned 4 th Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ahmednagar, dated 17 January 2017 directing the petitioner to pay S 1000/- per month to the minor daughter.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Dispute of the petitioner is with the wife and the learned Counsel for the petitioner accepts that there is no dispute as regards daughter is concerned. Merely because the respondent/wife is employed, does not mean that responsibility of the petitioner as father is lost. In the circumstances, no interference is warranted in writ jurisdiction of this Court. The petition is accordingly dismissed. N.M. Jamdar, J.
