FINAL ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the petitioner has already challenged the transfer order before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) and the main Original Application is still pending.

The learned MAT, after considering the basic submission, kept the matter on 11/7/2017 for final hearing. We see there is no reason at this stage, to interfere with the said interim order. However, considering the submission so raised,

Writ Petition No.7825/2017 we are inclined to observe that the Tribunal shall hear the Original Application expeditiously as mass transfer by the impugned order is the question.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 4.

All points are kept open.
