On 30th June 2025, this Court had invoked Rule 7A of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010, and directed the petitioner to deposit amount of 5 Lakhs to show his ₹ bona fide in order to pursue the present petition.

It is an admitted position that the petitioner has failed to do so. Therefore, the petition cannot be entertained and accordingly, it is dismissed.
