Petitioner who has cleared MHT-CET-2024, is aspiring to secure admission against a reserved seat, however his proposal for validation of tribe certificate has been pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since October-2023.

Learned AGP on instructions, submits that the Committee would need a period of two months for deciding the proposal. 4.

Considering the fact that several validities are in the blood relationship of the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition by requesting the Committee to endeavour to decide the petitioner's proposal within three weeks.
