In view of the earlier order passed in criminal application Nos. 2753 of 2019 and 543 of 2021 in criminal appeal No. 816 of 2019, learned counsel for the applicants does not press the prayer clause "A" which is for bail during pendency and final disposal of the appeal. Therefore, that prayer is not considered. The other prayer is for fixing the appeal for final hearing. Considering that the applicant No.2 is 72 years of age and is in custody since 2013, the appeal is directed to be listed on weekly board for final hearing in the week commencing from 01.08.2022.
