The learned counsel submits that petitioners had filed application seeking rental compensation. The same be directed to be decided. 2.

The application appears to have been filed in inward on 16.05.2019. We cannot encourage such petitions. It is only if the authority is not deciding the application within reasonable time,

The application for rental compensation has to be decided after hearing acquiring body also.

If the application is filed, naturally, the competent authority has to decide it in accordance with law and expeditiously.

If the competent authority does not decide the application within reasonable time, then liberty to petitioners to approach the Court. 5.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
