Applicants and respondent No.2 are present before this Court. Regular Criminal Case No.1752 of 2015 pending before the 15th Judicial Magistrate First Class Court, Aurangabad is a case filed by respondent no.2 due to matrimonial dispute against the applicants and others. Matrimonial dispute is now settled. Respondent No.2 makes a statement before us that she has no objection if this criminal application is allowed in favour of her husband and other accused persons.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Application stands disposed of accordingly.
