This writ petition has been filed to the limited extent that the Trial Court has allowed the application Exhibit 52 granting permission thereby to the present Petitioner to cross-examine Respondent No.4 subject to cost of Rs.1,000/-. The learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not in a position to pay the said cost. He is serving in Gurudwara as a Sevak. He is financially very poor person and not in a position to pay the cost. I have also heard the learned counsel for Respondents. In view of the above submissions, I modify the order passed by the learned Judge of the Trial Court to the effect that application Exhibit 52 is allowed subject to cost of Rs.100/- to be paid

915 WP.13503.17.odt to the other side within four weeks from the date of this order. Rest of the order is not disturbed except the cost as above. Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
