The learned A.P.P. informs this Court that the chargesheet is filed on 29th June, 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants makes oral prayer so as to make amendment to the application for challenging the chargesheet. We cannot entertain such a prayer. The prayer stands rejected.

In case the applicants are advised, they can file an appropriate application before the concerned Court. In case such an application is filed by the applicants within a period of two weeks from today, the

criapln3261-2016 concerned Court shall decide the said application within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such application on its own merits and in case the charge is not already framed. With these observations, the application stands disposed of.
