We have heard Mr. Biradar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In our opinion, the present writ petition is an abuse of the process of Court.

The petitioner had filed an application before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner seeking adjournment on the ground that he wants to approach the Apex Court. The order passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner was upheld by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5034 of 2021.

Once the learned Single Judge has rejected the writ petition filed by the petitioner, it would not be appropriate to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner could have sought further relief before the learned Single Judge.
