Perused the communication dated 03.06.2025 forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon along with communication dated 09.05.2025 requesting for grant of extension of three

(03) months' time for disposal of L.A.R. No.452 of 2014 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Chalisgaon Dist. Jalgaon. 2.

It appears that vide order dated 23.04.2024, directions were issued by this Court to decide the aforesaid references within a period of one year. However, it could not be decided. Therefore, extension is sought. 3.

Considering reasons as stated in the communication dated 09.05.2025 issued by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Chalisgaon, extension is granted as prayed for.
