We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

It is submitted that the roster has been verified by the B.C. Cell. The petitioner is from OBC category. The post is shown vacant for OBC category and the proposal is again submitted to the Education Officer for consideration on 20.02.2019. 3.

It is submitted that the said proposal is rejected only on the ground that the petition is pending.

The order dated 20.02.2019 is set aside.

The Education Officer shall consider the proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
