We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 3.

It appears that the petitioner has directly approached respondent no. 2-Divisional Secretary of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education, without even making any attempt to get the school record corrected by following the procedure laid down in Rule 26.4 read with Appendix Six of the Secondary School Code.

We dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to submit necessary application for correction of the school record to respondent no. 3-headmaster.
