Learned Counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that petitioner who is plaintiff wants to make amendment in the pleading itself as he wants to claim for relief of possession also and so the petitioner wants to file application for appointment of Court Commissioner after seeking such amendment and so petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.
