The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 though sought time to file reply, but the application is only for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 Kondibhau Pandurang Narawade on record. It appears that the said appellant was original respondent and the present respondent should have brought his legal heirs on record in the first appeal itself. Those legal representatives alongwith other appellants have already filed this second appeal. Therefore, the application needs to to be allowed by imposing appropriate costs. As such, the application is
