FINAL ORAL ORDER :- 1.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as these restricted submissions are made to allow the petitioner to file representation in view of Government Resolution dated 02.12.2015 issued by the State of Maharashtra, though there is delay in filing this petition as petitioner was aware of the litigation pending since 2014 revolving around "ESBC category". 2.

By keeping all defence open including the issue of delay, we are inclined to permit the petitioner to make

WP/7779/2017 representation within 1 week. The concerned respondents to deal with the same in accordance with law within 3 weeks thereof.
