Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The Zilla Parishan states that the Portal for accepting online application seeking inter-district transfer of a primary teacher, would be available in the near future. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that after the said portal is opened, the Petitioner would move an application online.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that once such an application is made, it would be considered along with other applications under the Teachers Transfer Management System and the Government Resolutions applicable. 4.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
