The applicant is seeking his release on pre-arrest bail, in connection with Crime No. 42 of 2016, registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad, for offences punishable under Sections 395, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the first information report. The applicant is not specifically named in the first information report, but is mentioned as one of the accomplice in crime in question.

There is no specific role attributed to the present applicant, which prompts his custodial interrogation. So far as the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned, there are no attributions against present applicant.

In the above background, in my opinion, it will be appropriate, to be released the applicant on bail. Hence I pass following order: In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. 42 of 2016, registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad, for offences punishable under Sections 395, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 1st and 2nd of July, 2016, between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
