This is a Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed in default for non removal of office objections. Delay of 114 days is caused in filing this Civil Application.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. All

6515.24ca (2) office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed within three weeks. Thereafter, the Writ Petition shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
