PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2006, the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the committee has kept the matter for hearing on 25.09.2018.

Considering the long pendency of the matter, the committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, preferably within a period of (06) six months.

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings and shall

Needless to state, in case, the petitioner's caste claim is validated, the petitioner would be entitled to file application for promotion, as would be permissible in law. 5.

Writ Petitioner is disposed of. No costs.
