In view of the above, Civil Application No.12188/2023, by which, the Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for reinstatement in service, stands disposed off since the Petitioner has to establish a claim of belonging to the 'Koli

12187.23ca (2) Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe category, without which, she cannot seek service benefits.

Needless to state, the contentions of the original Petitioner as regards reinstatement in service or continuation on the supernumerary post, would be considered while deciding the Writ Petition.
