Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.18,60,225/- has been deposited. Learned Advocate for respondent No.1/appellant has objection for withdrawal of the amount on the ground that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum. Under such circumstance, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount.

Applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount that has been deposited in this Court and it should be distributed to applicant Nos.1 and 2 equally subject to giving an undertaking that they would make the said the good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the
