DATE : 12th September, 2017 ORAL ORDER With consent of the parties, proceedings being Petition No.A-2743 of 2016, pending with Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Nanded.

The applicant-husband undertakes to pay travel and other expenses to the respondent-wife at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per date. He undertakes that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in advance before the Family Court, Nanded, before the next date of hearing. The Family Court, Nanded shall ensure that the respondent-wife gets an amount of Rs.5,000/- on each date of her attendance in the proceedings. Applicant

mca111.17 (2) also undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- on each subsequent date of the proceedings.

The amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited in this Court be transferred to the Family Court, Nanded in the present proceedings, which shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years in the name of daughter of applicant and respondent, to be renewed thereafter from time to time. The said amount along with interest accrued thereon be allowed to be withdrawn with the permission of the Family Court, at the time of marriage of the daughter or in case of any exigency viz. medical, education, etc.

With above observations and directions, Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
