Learned APP, on instructions in writing from the Offce of Police Superintendent, Ahmednagar (Economic Wing), submits that on the basis of complaint fled by the petitioner herein, Crime No. 121 of 2022 came to be registered at Kotwali Police Station, Ahemdnagar for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the registration of the crime nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. 2.

In view of above statements and since crime is registered in terms of the prayer made in this writ petition, writ petition is hereby disposed of.

The petitioner, on his own, ready to donate Rs.10,000/- to Library, Advocates Association of High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

In view of above, an amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rs. Forty thousand ) shall be refunded to the petitioner and an amount of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad as agreed by the petitioner.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
