Heard both sides. Learned A.G.P submits that considering the challenge made to the award passed by the Reference Court the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the amount on certain conditions.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, the applicants are hereby permitted to withdraw 75% amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent security/surety, both to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
