2.
There is an inordinate delay in filing the civil application taking exception to the order passed by the learned Registrar dated 17th November, 2014. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants fairly concedes that there is an inordinate delay in filing the civil application for restoration of the writ petition. He, however, submits that the cause raised in the writ petition should not get defeated because of the delay. He, on instructions, submits that the applicants will deposit an amount of Rs. 1000/- (rupees one thousand) towards costs to the Library of Advocates' Association
ca10521-2016 of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad and produce the receipt thereof to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today.
3.
For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned. The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 4.
The order dated 17th November, 2014, passed by the Registrar stands quashed and set aside. The writ petition St. No. 10135/2014 shall stand restored to its original file subject to all office objections within three weeks from today.
