In view of the submissions and for the reasons given in the application, applicant no. 1 - Shantabai Raghunath Borde is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in any nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. 3.

Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount, stands disposed of.
