In the Writ Petition also except Respondent No.1, none of the Respondents had appeared.

The applicant/petitioner seeks restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed in default. Mr.Gore, learned counsel submits that on the day when the matter was called out, inadvertently he could not mark the matter.

Considering the reason given, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The Writ Petition is restored

to its original position.
