Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of this petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 25.02.2021 passed below Exhibit 17 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.123/2018 by the District Judge-5, Ahmednagar, whereby the appeal filed by respondents came to be allowed.

Learned Counsel appearing for both sides submit that the suit is of the year 2017 and pray that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide the suit expeditiously.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The learned Trial Court is directed to decide the suit within a period of one (1) year from today.

Till the Trial Court decides the suit, the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the suit properties.
