The petitioner contends that he initially joined employment as a Part Time Librarian on 01.12.1994. He was regularized in service as a Full Time Librarian w.e.f. 01.04.2006 by order dated 10.01.2007. He, therefore, submits that, the reasons assigned and reliefs granted in the order of this Court dated 01.10.2022 delivered in WP No.2074/2020 filed by Raju Kishanrao Pawar and another, would squarely covers his case and this petition can be disposed off in terms thereof. 2.

The learned AGP confirms the statement.

In view of the statements recorded as above, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed off with the conclusions set out in the order in Raju Kishanrao Pawar (supra), in terms of the directions set out in paragraph No.21.
