Mr. Irale Patil, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, after filing present writ petitions, the petitioners have approached the Commissioner and filed representations/objections showing available vacancies. The Commissioner be directed to consider the same. 2.
We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Ghute, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad. 3.
Considering the above, the Commissioner, shall take decision upon the representations/objections filed by petitioners with regard to their transfer/posting and may consider the vacancies shown by them on its own merits, in accordance with
