Applicant is seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs. 11, 05, 789/- deposited by the Respondent/Insurance Company. 2.

My attention is adverted to order dated 08.01.2025 passed in First Appeal which is also arising out of the same accident. That was death claim and the present one is injury claim. In that matter, 50% of the amount was permitted to be withdrawn. I also follow the same course.

Applicant is permitted to be withdrawn 50% of the amount with accrued interest deposited in this Court. 4.

Balance amount shall be invested in the Nationalized Bank. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
