Mr A. D. Aghav, learned counsel for respondents No. 4 and 5 submits that, the petitioners have joined at the places where they were absorbed. They could not be absorbed in Ahmednagar district due to non-availability of the vacancies.

The order of absorption has taken effect. If there are no vacancies available, it wold not be possible for this Court to direct that they should be absorbed in the same taluka.

If vacancies arise in future, the petitioners shall make an application to respondents No. 4 and 5, which shall be considered by the respondents No. 4 and 5 on its own merits. 4.
