Learned counsel Mr. Ajay D. Pawar and Mr. Pragati Gaoture, AE-1, Irrigation Department, Dhule, representative of the appellant are present. Learned counsel for the appellant tenders on record written instructions to withdraw First Appeals.

On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw First Appeals, in view of the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/Prak.Kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03.11.2016 with Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018, to the said Government Resolution.

Leave is granted. All these First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

If the amount is already deposited in this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Reference Court. The respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw the same along with accrued interest thereon. If

9 131 to 151.odt the amount is not deposited or if there is deficit, the same shall be deposited before the Reference Court within a period of six months from today. Same shall be treated as an undertaking. On deposit of such amount, same shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants, with accrued interest.
