It is informed by the petitioner that compromise is arrived at in respect of Survey No.109 Gut No.258 on 10/07/2025. The petitioner, therefore, submits that the compliance needs to be made only in respect of Gut No.82 new Gut Nos.174 & 175. According to the petitioner, the compromise was rejected by the Executing Court vide order dated 29/08/1997.

Petitioner to produce the relevant documents before the Tahsildar, who shall take appropriate steps in accordance with the law, thereafter.

With the above observations, contempt petition alongwith civil application, stand disposed of.
