This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No. 4 - Committee to take decision on the proposal for verification of the caste certificate issued to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, no adverse action be taken against the petitioner. 2.

This order is being passed subject to the decision of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos. 29874 and 29875 of 2016. In the event the Apex Court upholds judgment of the Full Bench of this
